New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law Monday that will allow the release of the President’s state tax returns to Congress.
The bill would order the New York Tax Department to release New York returns to one of the three major congressional committees, the House Ways and Means Committee, the US Senate Finance Committee or the Joint Committee on Taxation.
