On 22 June 2023, the European Banking Authority (EBA) published a final report on the draft Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 650/2014 laying down ITS with regard to the format, structure, contents list and annual application date of the information to be disclosed by Member State competent authorities in accordance with the Capital Requirements Directive IV.
The supervisory disclosure framework provides qualitative information regarding the laws, regulations, administrative rules and general guidance adopted by Member State competent authorities in the field of prudential regulation and supervision, as well as quantitative information on aggregate statistical data on key aspects of the implementation of the prudential framework in their jurisdiction.
